Make the maximum amount of deliveries in a hell city

"Olwen" is a card game designed to be played by 2 to 6 people. The main objective is to accumulate 3 to 5 points/deliveries by placing the highest value card on the table. 

What will you need

To play you will need four 6 and 9, three Jacks, three Queens, three Kings, two Aces (can be from any normal card deck) a coin and to make it easier a paper and pen.

Rules

Each player starts with 2 cards. Each player may (or may not) place a card in the center. To place a card, it must be greater than or equal to the one in the center.

If another player plays a card equal to the highest play, neither player gains points. At the end of each round, players draw cards until they have 2 cards in their hand.

The player who won a point can flip a coin to swap or steal 1 card after seeing the cards received.  (Steal is traiding a card with other player, a swap is tradind with the remaining deck)

A player can discard 2 cards by spending 1 point. Points can reach negative numbers.

The game ends when a player scores 3 (or 5 in case of +3 players) points first.
